Where can I buy NEO paint?
The list of stockists and contact details can be accessed by the footer menu of this website. You can also buy directly through the Kaizen app.
Please contact your nearest stockist in advance to check paint availability.
What happens if the product I want to order is out of stock?
You can still place your order through your nearest retailer and our production team will fulfil it in 7 days.
How can I sample your paint colours?
Your local retailer will organise the samples for you. Either visit in person or call toll free on 0800-526724.
Does the appearance of a colour online vary from the colour card / actual product?
The appearance of a colour online may differ depending on screen settings such as brightness and resolution.
We recommend ordering getting one of our colour cards before choosing your colour. They feature chips of real paint for a more accurate representation.
What’s the shelf-life of your paint?
NEO has a shelf-life of up to four years.
What is your returns policy?
Tinted interior and exterior paints, stains, putties and primers are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note that on-screen and printer colour representations may vary from actual paint colours and we cannot honour returns or exchanges for digitally misinterpreted colours.
